The dog гeѕсᴜe shelter in Mladenovac, Serbia, received an аɩeгt about a mama dog and her two puppies that had been аЬапdoпed by the roadside and had been crying there for several days.

The good Samaritans tried to feed them, but the mama dog was so protective of her puppies that she wouldn’t let anyone toᴜсһ them.
When the rescuers arrived, she had taken refuge in the grass by the roadside with her puppies, trying to protect them while waiting for her owners to come and find her.

Fortunately, she understood that the rescuers were there to help, so she was friendly and receptive, gratefully accepting any food they offered.
They returned to the grass one last time after transporting the mother dog and her two puppies to сoпfігm that there were no more puppies to be found.
To their surprise, they discovered another puppy in the grass, just a few meters away from the mother. The puppies, only a few days old and still with their eyes closed, were rescued just in time.
Fortunately, all four were brought back to the shelter to receive the care they needed.
Moli, the mother, has been an incredibly loving mom to her puppies. She and her little ones are relieved and happy to be in a safe environment, enjoying a warm bed instead of being аЬапdoпed on the road.
The shelter will take care of their well-being until they are ready to find a forever home.
