Gadi Kinda played for Sporting Kansas City and died at age 31

Gadi Kinda’s death was announced by Sporting Kansas City on Tuesday.

The 31-year-old was a midfielder for the Major League Soccer team from 2020 to 2023.

He was born in Ethiopia but represented the Israel national team.

Kinda joined Sporting Kansas City after leaving Beitar Jerusalem in his native land.

He returned to Israel for a spell at Maccabi Haifa after the MLS.

No cause of death was given for the midfielder’s passing.

The Israeli team previously announced that he was in hospital after a medical condition.

Sporting Kansas City wrote, “We are deeply saddened by the passing of former Sporting KC midfielder Gadi Kinda.
