Orchard Park, New York — An unexpected moment at the Buffalo Bills’ training facility has become one of the most talked-about stories in the locker room.

May be an image of football and text that says '"II RI. BIT BREAKING NEWS III T " THOUGHT WAS ONE OF THE LAST ONES TO LEAVE TODAY. DROVE HOME, SAT DOWN, AND REALIZED FORGOT MY IPAD.TWO IPAD. TWO HOURS LATER, CAME BACK THINKING THE BUILDING WOULD BE EMPTY. INSTEAD, SAW HIM STILL WORKING THERE. THAT'S WHEN UNDERSTOOD H DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JUST MA- KING TO H NFL AND BECOMING GREAT." "'

The story began just a few days after the Bills entered the important phase of their OTA program.

The players finished practice and gradually left the facility in the late afternoon.

Rookie player TJ Parker, who was selected by the Bills in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, was no exception.

After a few hours of work, Parker drove home as usual.

He believed he was one of the last players to leave the facility that day.

More than two hours later, Parker suddenly realized he had forgotten his personal iPad.

The device contained important notes from team meetings and offensive scheme plans.

Not wanting to waste valuable time the next day, Parker immediately drove back.

When he arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty.

Most of the lights around the area had been turned off.

Parker planned to take just a few minutes to grab his belongings before heading home.

However, as he walked past the practice field, he noticed lights still shining from a distance.

At the far end of the field, one player was still working alone.

That player was none other than Dalton Kincaid.

Afterward, Parker shared the experience that made many of his teammates reflect deeply.

“I thought I was one of the last ones to leave today. I drove home, sat down, and realized I forgot my iPad. Two hours later, I came back thinking the building would be empty. Instead, I saw Dalton Kincaid still working there. That’s when I understood the difference between just making it to the NFL and becoming great.”

Those comments quickly spread throughout the locker room and left a deep impression on many young players.

For TJ Parker, a simple trip to retrieve a forgotten iPad became the most valuable lesson of his summer, because it allowed him to witness firsthand why Dalton Kincaid continues to be the leader of the Buffalo Bills and one of the most respected quarterbacks in the NFL today.
