Previously, photographer Dien Nguyen accidentally saw this dog at Viet Sinh Urban Area (Ba Tri District, Ben Tre). Dien said that at that time, he saw that the dog’s snout had necrotic skin, so he did not dare to remove the tape because he was аfгаіd that the glue would peel off all the skin on the snout. Very quickly after that, the dog ran away, so he did not know how to save it.

Dien called on everyone on Facebook and any veterinarian who was passing by to help.
