We believe less and less in the saying that says “like cats and dogs.” Kittens and canines have shown on many occasions that when it comes to coming together in the face of adversity, their affection and loyalty can surpass limits, as is the case with this pair of animals from Texas.
They were both found in an abandoned apartment. The dog and the cat knew how to deal with difficulties, so their strong friendship grew in adversity, forcing them to have a strong bond.

The story of Binks and Clover began some time ago, when their master decided to abandon them to their fate in a closed apartment. It is unknown how long this pair was alone, in the cruelest conditions you can imagine.
Binks the cat was a little luckier. At ease around the house, he was able to quench his thirst by drinking from the toilet and even managed to feed himself by eating a package of raw noodles that he managed to open with his teeth, but Clover was not so lucky.
Loving Binks and Clover deserve a second chance
The dog was left in an extremely narrow cage in which he could not even lie down. Little by little, poor Clover began to starve. Somehow, the dog managed to free himself from the cage, so he had no choice but to follow Binks’ example to survive.
Of course, it was not easy for Clover to regain mobility after her confinement. Luckily, the news reached the ears of the authorities, who are not only on the trail of the person responsible for this cruelty, they also took care of the pets.
Clover needed urgent veterinary care. Since she couldn’t lie down, her legs became deformed. Both he and the cat needed a special diet, since they were visibly dehydrated and malnourished.
Little by little, in the right hands, Clover and Binks have gained weight. The damage to the dog’s paws may be permanent, but at least they have the consolation that, after the traumatic experience, he and his inseparable cat friend supported each other during the hardest moments of their lives.
Both pets provide each other with unique emotional support.
Now they are inseparable. They sleep together, eat together, play together, so the family that decides to erase the cruelties of the past from their memories will have to take care of this exceptional couple of adventurers.
We know that the people who decide to take responsibility will give them all the love and care that someone else denied them in the past. There is no way to resist Clover’s cuteness and Binks’ charms.
