PEOPLE confirmed that Kelley was released from Summit County Jail by 4 p.m. on August 28th, just two days after her arrest. She was charged with two class B misdemeanors: electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communications harassment.

Kelley was held on a $5,000 bond, and as a condition of her release, she must comply with several requirements, including not consuming alcohol or narcotics unless prescribed and attending psychological, behavioral, or psychiatric treatment. Additionally, she was ordered to avoid contact with potential witnesses who may testify about the case.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Scott Wolf had called the police on August 26th to report harassment from Kelley. The police report revealed that Scott had received multiple text messages and phone calls from his wife, who he is currently divorcing, after she shared his phone number on Instagram. Scott stated that he received 24 calls and several text messages within the first 10 minutes, with unknown people contacting him, disrupting his life—especially his communication with his children.

When law enforcement arrived at Kelley’s home, she refused to open the door and instead spoke through an open window. When questioned about her Instagram post revealing Scott’s phone number, Kelley reportedly made counter-accusations. After over an hour of waiting while Kelley changed clothes, she was arrested for the offense.

Before her arrest, Kelley shared the incident on social media, writing: “The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will.” She added, “I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing. I am so scared. So confused.”

Amid the ongoing divorce proceedings between Kelley and Scott, a Utah judge granted a new temporary agreement on August 22nd, following an August 4th review hearing. The judge reaffirmed a prior ruling from July 15th, granting Scott temporary sole physical custody of their three children, while Kelley was granted supervised visitation.

Notably, the new temporary agreement ensures that the Wolf children—Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11—will be provided with a safe and stable living environment with clear protections from both parents.
