Cleo, the charming white cat, has a vast number of fans, including a construction team that worked 15 floors up.
According to Caelin Smith, the mother of Cleo, she noticed her cat’s fondness towards the employees about four months ago when she started working from home. One day, Cleo was meowing at something outside their 15th-story window, which Caelin could hear through the blinds. After opening the curtains, she found out that the employees were playing with Cleo through the glass. Caelin was amazed by how Cleo had managed to get them tangled up in her paw. She couldn’t help but wonder how long this had been going on.
At approximately 8:30 a.m., the laborers ascended Smith’s building. Smith mentioned that he keeps the blinds open to allow Cleo to observe her boyfriends working. He also mentioned that it has been endearing to witness their connection develop. The footage of Cleo engaging with her “boyfriends” can be accessed on @cleothecitykitty. Cleo, the adorable 1.5-year-old kitten, adores all handymen, including electricians, plumbers, and cable installers. According to Smith, they reside in a 500-square-foot studio apartment, making this interaction the most exhilarating experience for the city kitty.
The workers at the apartment complex have yet to get a chance to give Cleo a little cuddle, but they still get excited when they see her each day. Cleo is what you might call a classic COVID kitty – she craves company and can’t stand to be on her own. In fact, if her owner, Smith, leaves for more than two hours, she lets out a big meow to show her disapproval.
